We collected the latest batch of 450 Amberlinks/Goldlines/Babcocks from the hatchery on Thursday 18 June, so they will be point of lay mid September.  With the cost of feed going up again, They will be £6.50 each.  All the Amberlinks are already reserved though I'm afraid!

We are getting loads of orders from people already!  In fact, they are nto 2 weeks old yet and already I only have about 40 that are not reserved!

Day olds are £1.50p

chicks off heat at 4-6 weeks are £2 each

at 6-8 weeks = £2.50p

at 8-10 weeks = £3.50p

at 10-12 weeks = £4.50p

at 12-14 weeks = £5.00p

and at 15 weeks = £6.50p

We have also got a few pure breed chicks in to start breeding our own when they are old enough.  We've got some Rhode Island Reds, Light Sussex,  a nice trio of Appenzellar Spitzhauben's, we have 4 of their chicks, 4 Exchequer Leghorn's and 4 different coloured Araucanas because I've always wanted some blue egg layers!!!  But it will be a little while before they start breeding.

I'll try to keep my list up to date so you know what I've got available!  But please call to check.

At the moment I have:

the  4 Appenzellar chicks unsexed. (2 have now gone, so only 2 left!)

Just put Lt Sussex, RIR and Appenzellar eggs in incubator, due to hatch 19 July!

I'll add more as  and when.  got to sort out what I'm keeping for breeding first!
