Sorry didn't get on here at the weekend.  My best friend came up for a few days, and it was lovely to see her as she didn't get here last year.  She's a very popular lady!!!! Siamo spiacenti non sono qui durante il fine settimana. Il mio migliore amico è venuto per un paio di giorni, ed è stato bello vedere come lei non arrivare lo scorso anno. E 'una signora molto popolare! lol un sacco di risate

Then on Saturday afternoon, while we were pottering around in Boston, my mobile rings, and it was my daughter Nici, who was metal detectoring with her hubby and daughter, and as the weather was so bad, they thought they'd come down and visit for a while!   So Saturday was very busy, but it was lovely!!!! Poi il Sabato pomeriggio, mentre eravamo pottering intorno a Boston, il mio telefono squilla, ed è stata mia figlia Nici, che è stato detectoring metallo hubby e con la sua figlia, e come il tempo è stato così male, si pensò che sarebbe venuto giù e visitare per un po '! Quindi, Sabato è stato molto impegnato, ma è stata bella!

Then on Sunday morning,  went down to feed the chickens, and found 18 dead Amberlinks!!!!!  They were all piled up down one end of the henhouse, and had suffocated.  I can't figure out why though!  They were perfectly healthy, they weren't too cold, I don't think any big noises scared them, there is no red mite or anything down there, it's just a mystery!  But all the others are running around quite happily!  They are not overcrowded either! Poi la Domenica mattina, sono scesi per alimentare i polli, e ha trovato 18 morti Amberlinks !!!!! Erano tutti ammucchiati in giù di una fine del reparto di produzione, e aveva soffocato. Non riesco a capire il motivo per cui se! Essi erano perfettamente sani, non erano troppo freddo, non credo che qualsiasi grande paura rumori loro, non vi è nulla o acaro rosso laggiù, è solo un mistero! Ma tutti gli altri sono in funzione circa abbastanza felici! Non sono sovraffollate o !

We did lose 6 a few weeks back, and put their red light back on.  They were fine, then the bulb blew, but for 6 days they were still fine until sunday morning!  So red light is back on, there is chicken wire at each end of the henhouse to stop them crowding down there, I've put 2 more temporary perches up and a bale of straw in the middle.  And I hope now everyone will be okay, but it was the most upsetting sight I've seen since I've been raising the chicks. Abbiamo fatto perdere 6 poche settimane indietro, e la loro luce rossa sul retro. Essi sono stati bene, poi soffiò il bulbo, ma per 6 giorni sono stati ancora valida fino a domenica mattina! Così luce rossa è tornato su, non vi è a filo di pollo ciascuna estremità del reparto per fermarli crowding laggiù, ho messo 2 posatoi più temporanea e una balla di paglia in mezzo. E spero che ora tutti si ok, ma è stata la più sconvolgente di vista che ho visto Mi è stato dato l'aumento del pulcini.

Oh I forgot to tell everyone who had bought last year's amberlinks, towish them Happy Birthday! Ah ho dimenticato di dire agli altri quello che aveva acquistato l'anno scorso amberlinks, towish loro Happy Birthday! As they were 1 year old on Sunday 7th September!!!!!  So belated happy birthday all you amberlinks!!! Come sono stati 1 anno di Domenica 7. Settembre !!!!! Quindi ritardo happy birthday amberlinks tutti voi!

The turkeys are still growing well!  At the rate they are going, it will only be a couple of weeks and they maybe big enough to kill a few and put them in the freezer in case anyone wants a small turkey at christmas.  As Kellys reckon the stags could reach 25lbs in weight by Christmas!!!!  It will also mean less for hubby to kill the week before christmas.  And I could have a go with my new feather plucker!!!!!! I tacchini sono ancora crescente bene! Al tasso di essi sono in corso, sarà soltanto un paio di settimane e forse grande abbastanza per uccidere un paio e metterli nel congelatore nel caso in cui qualcuno vuole un piccolo tacchino a Natale. Kellys Come fare i conti potrebbe raggiungere i cervi, in peso, da 25 £ Natale! E significherà anche meno per hubby per uccidere la settimana prima di Natale. E avrei potuto passare uno con la mia nuova penna plucker !!!!!!

The last 3 Babcock's are due to go out on Sunday.  Poor things will be getting a complex.  The first person who ordered them forgot to let me know that he couldn't take them, then the next man who had ordered the last 10 arrived Saturday while I was out, but took 7 Babcock's and 3 Amberlinks, so I still had 3 left.  I decided that if they didn't go this week, they are going down the bottom with my older girls to add to my laying flock!  But, if this lovely lady takes them on Sunday,my laying flock will have to wait until the amberlinks are old enough to join them! Le ultime 3 Babcock's sono dovuti uscire di Domenica. Poor cose saranno sempre una complessa. La prima persona che ha ordinato loro dimenticato di fatemelo sapere che non poteva prendere, quindi il prossimo uomo che aveva ordinato l'ultimo arrivato 10 sabato mentre ero fuori, ma ha preso 7 Babcock e 3 Amberlinks, quindi ho ancora 3 sinistra. ho deciso che se non vai di questa settimana, si sta andando verso il basso il fondo con le mie ragazze di età da aggiungere al mio gregge, che! Ma, se questa bella signora prende su Domenica, il mio gregge, che dovranno attendere fino alla amberlinks sono vecchi abbastanza per unirsi a loro!

We've got the pen ready for the turkeys to go outside, but we've had so much rain this past week, we thought they were probably better off staying inside.  But hopefully we will be able to let them out tomorrow!!!!!?????? Abbiamo la penna pronta per la tacchini per andare fuori, ma abbiamo avuto tanta pioggia passato questa settimana, abbiamo pensato che era probabilmente meglio restare dentro. Ma spero che saremo in grado di permettere loro di domani! !!??????
