The first good news was that all the meat chicks are doing well!  We transferred them to one end of the big henhouse today, and they weighed in between 650 and 800 gms, which means that some of them are double last week's weight! La primera buena noticia es que todos los pollos de carne están haciendo bien! Estamos transferido a una final de la gran gallinero el día de hoy, y que pesaron entre 650 y 800 gramos, lo que significa que algunos de ellos son el doble de la semana pasada de peso!

Here they are enjoying the bigger house! Aquí están disfrutando de la mayor casa!

The bad news was that when I called the hatchery, they said that one of their hatchings was short today, and there is no hatch tomorrow, and next week's surplus chicks will have to fill this week's shortfall, so there won't be any surplus until Monday week! La mala noticia es que cuando me llamó la sala de incubación, que dice que uno de sus huevos para incubar se corta el día de hoy, y no hay escotilla mañana, y la próxima semana el superávit de los pollitos tendrán que llenar esta semana de déficit, por lo que no habrá superávit semana hasta el lunes!

The next lot of good news was they called back a few minutes later and said I can have 125 Babcock B380 chicks today!!!  So we quickly went out and cleaned out the brooder, and disinfected it, then shot down and picked these little darlings up!!!! El siguiente lote de una buena noticia que se llama de nuevo unos minutos más tarde y dijo que puede tener 125 Babcock B380 pollitos hoy! Así que rápidamente salió a cabo limpiadas y la clueca, y desinfectarse, y luego derribado y recogido estos poco queridos hasta!!

These are laying chicks, so will be ready to go in 18 weeks time, but I already have a list of people wanting some more chooks!!!!  Hope I've got enough!!!!!
