…… with this posting! …… Mit diesem Posting! But I've been really busy out in the garden trying to catch up now the weather has improved a bit!  I hadn't done anything in the garden or greenhouse, what with spening so much time with the chicks and chickens!  But over the pst couple of weeks, I've got loads of seeds germinted and growing in the greenhouse, got 3 plots dug and weeded and 2 of them planted with late potatoes.  (Well the potatoes are earlies and maincrop, its just me that's late!!)  Another plot ready for my onions which are also late, and my bbenas and peas! Aber ich habe wirklich damit beschäftigt, die in den Garten zu fangen versuchen Sie sich jetzt das Wetter hat sich ein wenig, ich habe nicht alles getan in den Garten oder Gewächshaus, was mit spening so viel Zeit mit den Küken und Hühner! Doch im Laufe der pst paar Wochen, ich habe jede Menge Saatgut und wachsenden germinted im Gewächshaus, bekam 3 Flächen gegraben und gejätet und 2 von ihnen bepflanzt mit Kartoffeln spät. (Nun die Kartoffeln sind earlies und maincrop, seine nur mir, dass die spät! ) Ein weiterer Grund für meine Zwiebeln, die auch spät, und mein bbenas und Erbsen!

Anyway, so, last Thursday the meat chicks were 7 weeks old and some of them went off the scale on my kitchen scales, so they are over 2.27 kgs!!!!  I wanted to try one this coming week at 8 weeks old, but hubby says I have to give them a week on poultry finisher first, so it will be next week now!!! Wie auch immer, ja, am vergangenen Donnerstag das Fleisch Küken waren 7 Wochen alt und einige von ihnen gingen auf das Ausmaß meiner Küche Waage, so dass sie über 2,27 kg! Ich wollte versuchen, ein kommenden Wochen in 8 Wochen alt, aber hubby sagt, ich muss ihnen eine Woche auf Geflügel Finisher ersten, so wird es nächste Woche jetzt!

The Babcock's may have been tiny when we got them, but they are catching up fast!  when I weighed them last Thursday, they averaged 175 gms, so 70gms more than the previous week!  They are getting tall now, and they love being in the big henhoue.  They still run around as if they are training for the Olympics! Die Babcock vom Mai wurden winzige, wenn wir ihnen, aber sie sind schnell aufholen! Gewogen, wenn ich sie am Donnerstag letzter Woche, sie im Durchschnitt 175 Gramm, also mehr als 70gms der Vorwoche! Sie sind jetzt immer groß, und sie lieben es, in der Big henhoue. laufen sie immer noch etwa so, als ob sie sind Ausbildung für die Olympischen Spiele!

I've had several pecking agin, but after a few days in a big box in the dining room and smothered in vaseline and liquid parafin, they are all back together and looking okay at the moment! Ich habe mehrere picken Agin, aber nach ein paar Tagen in einem großen Feld im Speisesaal und erstickt in Vaseline und liquide parafin, sie sind alle wieder zusammen und sucht in Ordnung in der Zeit!

Not the best of photo's that last one,you can hardly see them, but at lest they have loads of room to run around, and as soon as hubby rotavates their run, they can go and get some proper fresh air! Nicht das beste Foto ist das letzte, können sie kaum sehen, aber auf daß sie haben jede Menge Platz zum laufen herum, und so bald wie hubby rotavates ihren Lauf, sie gehen können und sich einige richtige frische Luft!
